Harappa Learning Private Limited is a company registered in India with its registered office at N-154 Panchsheel Park New Delhi, South Delhi – 110017, India (referred to herein as “Harappa“, “we“, “our” or “us“). Harappa is a web and mobile based  platform which offers curated and specially designed and scripted courses aimed at strengthening foundational skills and building competencies geared towards achieving professional success through its website, (or any successor site), (or any successor site), and its related sub-domains, sites, mobile applications and tools accessed through a mobile device, mobile application, computer or any other device (“Website“).

Harappa has curated and designed this accelerated management program (“Program“) being offered by the Harappa School of Learning (“HSOL“), for ambitious early-career working professionals who are passionate about opportunities in the new economy. The Program will enable graduating cohorts to access high-growth, in-demand roles, across product, marketing and data, in India’s most exciting companies.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs“) carefully before registering for the Program and contact us if you have any questions. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “Learner” means any individual/natural person who registers and/or is admitted to this Program (as the case may be). You will be asked to give your explicit consent to these T&Cs before registering/applying for the Program. By consenting to these T&Cs and applying for the Program, you understand and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Further, you acknowledge that you have read these T&Cs and you satisfy the eligibility criteria of the Program stated hereunder.

Please note that these T&Cs are in addition to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy  , Cookie Policy and any other policies available on the Website, including any modifications or amendments made thereto by Harappa from time to time, at its sole discretion (collectively referred to as the “Harappa Policies“). If these T&Cs conflict with any Harappa Policies, then the T&Cs will prevail in relation to the Program. These T&Cs and Harappa Policies constitute the entire understanding between you and Harappa with regards to the Program.


These T&Cs are made between you and us and shall come into effect when the Learner at the time of registration/applying for the Program clicks on the checkbox to accept the T&Cs.

If you do not agree or are not willing to be bound by these T&Cs, please do not click on the “check box” and on the “Submit/Agree” button and do not register/apply for the Program.




While the Website is freely accessible to the Learner(s) to browse, subject to the Harappa Policies, in order to avail the Program, the Learner is required to register on the Website through an Account to submit his/her  application for admission . For the purpose of these T&Cs, “Account” means the account successfully opened by the Learner on the Website, by providing information/documents requested for on the Website such as your name, address, mobile number, email id, location etc as may be required]. Any information provided will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy applicable to the Website.


The following criteria should be met to be eligible for the Program:

  • You should hold an undergraduate degree or an equivalent.
  • You should have 1 (one) year minimum work experience.

It is your responsibility to evaluate your eligibility for the Program before submitting an application for the same. By consenting to these T&Cs it is implied that you have carefully read and understood the eligibility criteria above and that you agree to submit an application for the Program only upon meeting the eligibility requirements. Please note that once the admission into this Program is complete, it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged/converted to any other courses/programs being offered by Harappa (including the HSOL). Please also note that we have the right to reject your application at our discretion if you do not meet the eligibility criteria. We can also cancel your admission if any documents submitted to us by you are false/forged. No refunds will be provided in this case



The Program is a 6 (six) months online course delivered by best in class  faculties from top-tier universities  & institutes of the world, senior industry leaders and inspiring entrepreneurs through a series of engaging live interactions and a rich range of formats to create a memorable journey that guarantees strong and tangible learning outcomes. The Program enables deep proficiency across business, leadership, data, product, and mining through grounding in macro-economics, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and financial accounting.

You agree that Harappa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any courses or live lectures/webinars or to alter, modify or rearrange the modules the content, and/or change the point of value or weight of any course assessments (such as essays, quiz, examinations) therein. The courses offered under the Program are subject to the disclaimers and limitation of liability provisions of our Terms of Use. Please note that the list of faculty members teaching the courses under the Program as communicated to you may be subject to change at any time, with or without reason, at Harappa’s discretion.

FEES:Details of the fee payable towards the  Program is  available on the Website –  (“Fees“). Please note that taxes as applicable shall be levied on the Fees. Any other fee payable shall be communicated to you at the time of registering or applying for the Program. Please note that Harappa has the right to increase the Fees if required or charge additional fees for any special courses, guest lectures and other added benefits which form part of the Program on an optional basis.


Registration Fees: On acceptance into the Program and subsequent to receipt of an acceptance email from Harappa, Learners in order to secure/ reserve their spot in the Program are required to pay a mandatory, interest free post-acceptance deposit of Rs. 25000 (“Registration Fees“). This Registration Fee deposited will be credited towards the Fees payable for the Program and Learners will be required to pay the balance amount of the Fees within the timelines communicated by Harappa. Learners will not be entitled to any refund of the Registration Fee except as may be applicable and provided  under the Refund Policy. For further details please see Section 4.

Invoice: After being admitted to the Program and upon payment of the Fees in whole, an invoice will be provided to you along with an email confirmation confirming your participation in the program.  Thereafter, you shall be eligible to attend the courses/classes that form part of the Program.

Payment Timeline: Learners will be required to pay the entire Fees for the Program at least 7 (seven) days before the Program cohort date intimated to them or the due date communicated in the offer of admission from us. Failure to pay the Fees before or on the due date as specified herein may result in withdrawal of your application and cancellation of your candidature  to the Program.

Mode of  Payment :The Learner may pay the Fees by using the payment gateway services available on the Website or as per instructions that will be emailed to you once you have been selected for the program. Harappa may enable the Learners to avail flexible payment options for payment of the Fees with our financing partners. Harappa may provide financial support such as merit and need based scholarships on a case-to-case basis as more particularly described in these T&Cs. Please see Section 6 and 7 for more details.




The application process for the Program will consist of the following stages:

  • Registration
  • Application Form
  • Application Review
  • 1:1 interview
  • Final Admissions Score Calculation

  • Offers and Waitlist

  • Learners can claim a refund for the amount paid towards the Program at any time, before the Cohort Commencement Day by visiting and submitting their refund request via the ‘My Application’ section under their individual profile. Processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- will be levied. If less than Rs. 10,000/- have been paid in total, a Learner will not be eligible for any refund in such a case.
  • Learners will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances if any such refund requests are raised post Cohort Commencement Date and Learners will continue to pay the EMI for loan (if applicable) and such loan cannot be cancelled. This is also applicable for those Learners who could not complete their payment and could not be enrolled in the cohort opted for. However, the Learner can raise a request for the Pre-Program deferral as per the policy defined under the Deferral Policy (See Sec 6.5.) for the same.
  • In case of a refund, Learners will be solely responsible for any cancellation of loan, including but not limited to applicable loan cancellation charges levied on the total cancelled loan amount.
  • Learners must pay the full fee within 7 days of payment of registration amount or before the Cohort Commencement Date, whichever is earlier, otherwise the admission letter will be rescinded.
  • The refund will be processed within 30 working days from the date of refund request and after the said request has been duly approved by the HSOL Team.



Deferral if any shall be at sole discretion of Harappa and in the event, we do not offer deferment to you, you shall make and have no claims against Harappa, its officers, directors, employees, personnel for the same.

I Pre- Program Commencement

  • If a student who has paid the registration amount, due to unavoidable circumstances is unable to commence with the cohort and requests for a deferral before the cohort starts, we provide the opportunity for the student to defer to another batch.
  • A student can request for deferral only once and to either of the scheduled cohorts to start in the next 1 year from the batch start date of initial batch the student enrolled for.
  • The fee applicable to the deferred student will be as per prevailing fee for the batch student as opted to defer to (No additional deferral fee is required to be paid).
  1. Post Program Commencement:
  • If a student is facing severe issues in dedicating time to the course, we provide the opportunity for the student to defer to another batch.
  • A student can request for deferral only once and to either of the scheduled cohorts to start in the next 1 year from the batch start date of initial batch the student enrolled for.
  • The student will be required to pay a deferral fees of 10% of the total course amount fee + Taxes if any along with the differential program fees between the two cohorts.
  • The deferral request will be approved once the deferral fee is paid.
  • Till this is completed, the student will be assumed to be continuing in the same cohort.
  • The student has 7 days (including holidays and weekends) from the date of deferral request to make the payment of the deferral fee post which the deferral request will expire, and the student will continue as part of the current cohort.
  • If the student completes the deferral payment, the student’s login will be disabled, the student will leave the deferred cohort and the student will start learning on the new cohort from the point of the last assignment that was graded in the deferred cohort. All grades and progress till that point will be carried forward as it is to the new cohort. For clarification, the grades of the graded assignments will be carried forward, whether the student had submitted these grading during the initial stage.
  • The deferral can only be requested during the batch for which the student has enrolled is ongoing. Once the batch has completed, deferral requests shall not be entertained. For clarification, the batch completion here shall mean the “last grace deadline” as communicated by Harappa.




HSOL offers Learners, scholarships only to selected meritorious applicants. HSOL will consider awarding scholarships on a case-to-case basis. Consideration for any scholarship application is based on a Learner’s academic merit, professional achievements, profile and the assessments conducted during the admission process during interviews. Scholarships type and amount will be granted to Learners at the sole discretion of HSOL. HSOL may withdraw scholarships to Learners at any time in case of misconduct detailed in previous sections of maintaining minimum attendance of 80 % or as informed by HSOL from time to time and/or violation of any terms of the HSOL policies or codes of conduct. Learners will be liable to pay the full fees if the awarded scholarship is withdrawn




Flexible payment options such as EMI and other financing schemes will be made available by our financing partners for payment of the Fees. Please note that the financing partners shall have the sole discretion to determine the eligibility, EMI scheme, interest rates and etc offered to the Learners basis the credit appraisals, assessments and evaluation of credentials conducted by them. Harappa shall have no obligation to assess the eligibility of any Learner. The terms of the financing will be governed by the contract(s) executed between the financing partner and the Learner. Harappa will not be responsible for any such financing terms or be liable for repayment or any act of the Learner in this regard. You will at all times indemnify and hold harmless Harappa and its officers, directors, employees and personnel for any third party claims, losses, damages, liability that arises or incurs from or in relation to any financing availed by you for the Program. You acknowledge that these third party financing partners may need you to share your PAN and any other details required to assess your CIBIL score or credit worthiness for evaluating your eligibility for the financing scheme.

You agree and acknowledge that Harappa shall not assume any obligations on behalf of the financing partners. Further, Harappa will only connect the Learners with the financing partners and will not be involved in any financing decisions. Thus, Harappa does not guarantee that your application will be approved by the financing partners for any financing schemes/options.


Harappa shall offer an acknowledgement and certificate issued by the HSOL to only those Learners who have successfully completed the Program. Successful completion of the Program entails the following:

  • Successfully pass all the course-end projects/assessments within the course curriculum of this Program.
  • Maintain minimum 60% attendance in live classes for each course of the Program.
  • Submit all course-end projects/assessments within the course stipulated deadlines.
  • Score minimum 50% in each course assessment
  • Complete all mandatory diagnostics, mock interviews and training sessions.

The format of any such certificate, shall be solely at the discretion of Harappa. The Learner acknowledges that such certification is not affiliated to any educational institution and is not intended to convey academic merit or count towards academic credits of any educational institution. Harappa, the Program faculty and the associated participating institutions have no obligation to have any course recognised by any educational institution or accreditation organisation. Please note that no degree or transferable credits will be offered or awarded to the Learner upon completion of the Program.



The Placement Office oversees the placement processes at the HSOL. HSOL will assist in placements upon completion of the HSOL Program to Learners who are eligible for HSOL’s Placement Assistance promise as detailed in this Section (‘Placement Assistance’). If Learners have successfully completed the Program by obtaining the final certificate issued by the HSOL, participated in the role-fit diagnostics and mentoring and coaching sessions arranged for the Learners, conducted a professional job search diligently, appeared for all the shortlisted interviews professionally, met the conditions stipulated below and have not received a job offer, then a Learner may write to HSOL at and HSOL will provide the necessary support to enable Learners to secure a placement. Learners may not make or have any claims against HSOL, its officers, directors, employees, or personnel for failure to be placed, in the event they are ineligible for HSOL’s Placement Assistance.


Learners must meet the following criteria to be eligible for HSOL’s Placement Assistance:

  • Successfully pass all the course-end projects/assessments within the course curriculum of this Program.
  • Maintain minimum 80% attendance in live classes for each course of the Program.
  • Submit all course-end projects/assessments within the course stipulated deadlines.
  • Score minimum 75% in each Track assessment.
  • Complete all mandatory diagnostics, mock interviews and training sessions.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Participate in all the mentoring and profile-building sessions arranged for the Learners.
  • Appear for all the interviews that they have been shortlisted for.
  • Follow the advice and recommendations of their advisor on their job search strategy including but not limited to building their network, and profile and applying for job types that are a good fit for them.
  • Be available to take interviews throughout the program in case an opportunity arises

HSOL’s Placement Assistance is subject to:

  • The prevailing market conditions for positions learners are applying to.
  • Learners’ competency to perform according to the standards of the prospective employers in any assessments conducted including but not limited to interviews, group discussions, written examinations and aptitude tests.
  • Learners should possess the required credentials/transcripts/qualifications/technical knowledge desired by the prospective employers and be willing to get them verified as per organizational policy
  • Learners should possess the requisite skills necessary for the roles they have applied to.
  • Any force majeure conditions which could not have been reasonably predicted by HSOL and which have resulted from circumstances beyond the control of HSOL including but not limited to, act of God, governmental act, political instability, epidemic, pandemic, civil commotion or war.

The following are the possible situations that will make Learner’s ineligible for HSOL’s Placement Assistance:

  • Does not successfully complete the course curriculum under the Program within the stipulated timeline and as a result fails to graduate from the Program.
  • Partially complete the course curriculum under the Program and subsequently withdraw from the Program or cancel their admission to the Program, for any reason, after the initial admission date.
  • Does not apply for job opportunities that are provided by the advisors which are suitable for the learners’ profile on account of geography or work rules.
  • Any documents submitted by the Learner for job applications cannot be verified by prospective employers or are found to be false/forged.
  • Becomes physically or mentally impaired to conduct an effective job search or take up any job opportunity provided under this Program.
  • Does not follow through with the interview process for the positions in a timely and professional, including but not limited to, not participating as expected by the prospective employer in the interview process by not providing responses to employer communications, or not showing up on time for interviews, or not providing documents or follow up as expected by prospective employers.
  • Does not have valid work authorization under the applicable laws, or their work authorization has been invalidated by the relevant statutory authority.
  • Behave in an unprofessional manner that violates HSOL’s Policies.
  • Fail to pass any background check conducted by prospective employers of their previous employers/ institutes.
  • Fail to pass any medical fitness tests conducted by prospective employers.
  • Commits any acts of dishonesty or fraud during the application process, the term of the Program and/or after completion of the Program.
  • Refuses to accept a valid job offer on account of company work rules, work from specific office location stipulation.
  • Refuses to or is unable to provide suitable professional references or connect with referees

While HSOL will endeavour to provide placements to Learners who have successfully completed the Program and who meet the conditions detailed in this Section, Learners are not entitled to any refund of the Fees paid for the Program if a placement is not secured. Learners agree and acknowledge to make no claims against HSOL, its officers, directors, employees, personnel for the same.



The Learner shall be exclusively responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, software, broadband internet connectivity and other ancillary equipment needed to access the Program and all charges related thereto, and for ensuring that such equipment is compatible with the Website. Harappa shall not be responsible in the event your learning from the Program or attendance is affected due to inadequate equipment and/or infrastructure.


The Program will be conducted 100% live and the Learners are required to maintain decorum, discipline and decency during the live sessions and any interactions with the faculty or other Learners. Learners are prohibited from sharing the login credentials provided to them for accessing the courses/lectures of the Program with any third parties. Any misconduct may result in penal action against the Learners such as cancellation of admission to the Program and forfeiture of the entire Fees. Misconduct shall include but not be limited to use of foul language, nuisance, indiscipline, posting/e-mailing objectionable content, violation of privacy of others, use of unfair means in examinations, plagiarism, substance abuse during live sessions, causing deliberate interruption in the online sessions or hampering the Program structure in any way.

Harappa may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Learner from the Program or from receiving a refund under these T&Cs if such Learner is found to be (i) tampering with the admission process by providing false and misleading information; or (ii) acting in violation of these T&Cs, the Harappa Policies or any code of conducts.


Any and all intellectual property rights in the Program material, videos, lectures and the like provided to you (“Program Content“) is owned or licensed to Harappa. You agree and acknowledge to not resell, reproduce, publish, re-transmit, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of any Program Content (including recording the live lectures). Nothing in these T&Cs, and no course of dealing between you and Harappa, shall be construed to constitute the grant of a license, express or implied, to you under any patent, patent application, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary information and/or intellectual property of Harappa in the Program Content or otherwise.


These T&Cs were most recently updated on June 27 2022. Harappa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these T&Cs, or change, suspend, cancel or discontinue the Program at any time by posting a notice on the Website. Learners enrolled in the Program will be informed of such events through email. We would recommend that you regularly read the notices posted on the Website from time to time so that you stay informed as to any such changes. Unless specified otherwise, any such deletions or modifications shall be effective immediately upon Harappa posting the same thereof.


You agree that we shall have the right to collect and/or use or analyse your Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data as set forth in the Privacy Policy. We only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.


In the event you wish to make a complaint regarding or want to report any violation of the provisions of Harappa Policies, you may send a written complaint to the under assigned Grievance Officer, who shall redress the complaint within 1 (one) month.
